Registration Information

Registration for classes begins at 8:00am (Pacific Standard Time) on Friday, November 30th, 2007. We will be accepting online registration or by fax to: 253-383-9701. We will also begin processing mailed-in registration at that time, in the order they were received.

Phone registrations WILL NOT be accepted, but you are welcome to call with questions or assistance in class selection Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (PST). Call toll-free:

Deadline to Pre-Register for classes is February 28th, 2008. After February 28th you will be able to register on-site ONLY!

Class Policy

Please choose your classes carefully. There will be no refunds or exchanges on workshops or kit fees - NO EXCEPTIONS! Please consider these as you would theatre or concert tickets. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. You can register for additional classes at any time after your registration without having to pay an additional $15 registration fee.

How Do I Select the Right Class for Me?

All classes for the Bellingham Bead Festival are carefully chosen to offer a variety of mediums and skill levels. Teachers are also carefully selected to ensure you the best possible learning experience. Please observe the student level listed under each class, from "All Levels" to "Advanced." Please do not register for a class beyond your skill level. This ensures a satisfying class experience for you, your instructor, and your fellow students.

All classes have a required kit fee to supply students with the correct materials for each project. Each class also has a supply code listed for you to bring to class. Some teachers will have some of these supplies for sale in their class. Please contact the Bead Factory at 1-888-500-BEAD if you need assistance in acquiring any additional supplies.

Class Confirmations

All registrations will be acknowledged by mail with a confirmation card (with a materials list if necessary) for each class.

Student’s badges and other show info will be mailed as well.

 

Wholesale Badge Requirements

We offer wholesale badges to retailers & designers who produce a business license in the jewelry & craft trade only. You must send a copy with your class registration or have your license with you when you register at the show – no exceptions!

This badge does not guarantee you will receive wholesale discounts. This is subject to the individual exhibitors.
