Registration for classes will begin in the Spring. If you are not already on our mailing list and woudl like to receive a 2011 PSBF brochure, please send your complete contact information to Melissa@thebeadfactory.com.

Once registration begins, we will be accepting online registrations or by fax at: (253) 383-9701. We will also begin processing mailed-in registrations at that time, in the order they are received.

Class Confirmations

All registrations will be acknowledged by email with a confirmation (including a materials list if necessary) for each class. Student's badges and other show info will be mailed around June 20th, 2010.

Wholesale Badge Requirements

We offer wholesale badges to retailers and designers who produce a business license in the jewelry and craft trade only. You must send a copy with your class registration or have your license with you when you register at the show - no exceptions!

Class Policy

Please choose your classes carefully. If you need to cancel a class or transfer between classes, you may do so by the end of the day on Friday, April 30th. You will be charged a $20 cancellation fee plus the one time non-refundable $15 registration fee; the remainder of your class fee and all of the kit fee will be refunded (or applied to your new workshop in the case of a transfer). After April 30th, there will be no refunds or exchanges on workshops or kit fees - NO EXCEPTIONS! Please consider the classes as you would theatre or concert tickets. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If your class is cancelled by Northwest Bead Festivals or the instructor at any time, you will not be charged a cancellation fee and a refund will be available for that class only. You can register for additional classes at any time after your initial registration without having to pay an additional $15 registration fee.
